Boarding House Style Second Floor Lodging.

  Hud and Connie wanted to create affordable lodging and a comfortable decor here in Elk River.  The Lodge is located directly above the General Store and Gift Shop.  There is  a Large Kitchen and Dining area; which is fully equipped - Refrigerator, Oven/Stove, Microwave, Dishes, Utensils, Pans, Coffee Maker, etc...We provide coffee, tea and hot cocoa . The Common Room is Cozy (air conditioned) play board games, read a book, socialize or you can enjoy yourself outdoors on the large deck.  The separate common area Bathrooms consist of a Men's and a Woman's Restroom each with 2 Showers, 2 Commodes and 2 Sinks - there are privacy doors on each stall and shower curtains for each shower and the main door has a lock for privacy. There are 6 Bedrooms in the main lodge each uniquely decorated, and 2 Private Suites. We now have Direct TV in the bedrooms - And Wireless High Speed Internet access is available for $10

Please NO SMOKING in the bedrooms --

 There are butt cans on the decks and at the bottom of the stairs at the back entrance to the Lodge, Thank you!

We are now charging "Room" Rates, regardless of occupancy - However, Maximum Occupancies MUST be adhered to, these are set for not only for your safety but for the convenience of the amenities provided.

There are NO telephones in the lodge. In case of emergency they can contact the store.

1 queen bed - 2 Person Maximum

Redecorated, but still the "Deer" Room. 19" DirectTV

 1 King Bed & 2 sets of  bunk beds - 6 person maximum

Redecorated, still called the "Family" Room, now has a 13" VCR/TV combo - with DirectTV

•  #4 - $50.00

 - 2 single beds - 2 Person Maximum 

Still known as the "Nook"  No room for TV in this room, so it has the discounted price.

•  # 6 - $79.00

2 sets of  bunk beds - 4 person maximum

Redecorated, is now the "Bunk" Room. 19" DirectTV

•  #8  - $59.00

 1 Queen bed - 2 Person maximum

19" DirectTV was added and This is still the "Horse" Room.

 Living room with Loveseat-Rocker & small dinette w/2 chairs- microwave- refrigerator -coffee maker and

1 Queen bed - 2 Person Maximum

Air conditioner - fireplace facade-small dining table with 2 chairs- 19" DirectTV, Microwave- Refrigerator-Coffee Maker--Private Bath and Private Deck.

We have been redecorating the lodge - New Room Rates are now in Effect

We will no longer be charging per person, however, maximum number of room occupants will be strictly enforced.

We will remain "Pet Friendly" - additional $10.00 per night for pet

Room Rates:

#1- $59.00 per night (2 person maximum occupancy)

#2 - $59.00 per night (2 person maximum occupancy)

#3 - $99.00 per night (6 person maximum occupancy)

#4 - $50.00 per night (2 person maximum occupancy)

#5 - $99.00 per night (2 person maximum occupancy)

#6 - $79.00 per night (4 person maximum occupancy)

#8 - $59.00 per night (2 person maximum occupancy)

#9 - $89.00 per night (2 person maximum occupancy)

"Whole Lodge" rate (exclusive use):

 $650.00 per night (22 person maximum occupancy)

1/2 down for full reservation - balance due (2) two weeks prior to whole lodge reservation date

Reservation and cancellation policies:

Memorial Day, 4th of July, Elk River Days and Labor Day Weekends--

A two - night minimum reservation is required for these weekends

All reservations must be held with a credit card. even if you wish to pay cash....If you cancel or cut short a reservation, the reservation credit card will be charged "full price"  for the reservation made, also any damage, lost or stolen charges will be taken from the card if other arrangements are not made.

 Lodge Comfortably sleeps 22 people 

Rooms sleep  from 1- 6 people
